  • 1. Request an consultation

    Intinal consultation to gain an understanding of the project. 

  • 2. Project charter & Stakeholder identification

    Once onboarded our team will deliver a project charter and indentify all stakeholders to be consindered. 

  • 3. Planning phase

    Our team will now develop plans and analysis for all 10 knowledge areas. (Risk analysis, budget planning...) 

  • 4.Executing Phase

    This is where our team will perform and execute all plans from the prior phase. (Procurement, stakeholder management...)

  • 5. Controlling phase and Project close

    Last but certianly not least our team will enter the controlling phase to ensure requirements are met. (Budget control, scope valadation...)
